Hello! Milk,

In a previous posting on this CVIA thread, you indicated that there was a major shareholder c/o UFH Endowment Ltd. which owned 8,876,035 shares of CVIA!

I have also read information/data that supports your findings!

Regarding some shareholders concerns that CVIA require the need to have a reverse share split process take place or an increase in share authorization, as outlined by Jack Arnold as one of the possibilities in one of his responses of December 23, 1997!

It is my understanding that at least a few of the CVIA shareholders on this thread have communicated their opinions regarding share consolidation etc., to Jack Arnold! ( I for one have done so on previous occasions!).

My feeling from the reaction that I have received from Jack Arnold is that he is very much aware of what the general consensus of the CVIA Shareholders regarding any share consolidation activity as it relates to CVIA!

That is why I think that he recently gave the following statement," The current letter of intent may include an increase in authorized shares." ( As reinforced on a recent CVIA thread posting by Milk!).

Therefore, on the topic of any CVIA Share consolidation I feel that all we can do is continue with any/all research and DD that we can access, and keep our eyes and ears open for any updates or news announcements by CVIA Management! ( Although , unless I'm missing something here , my bet is that Jack Arnold has already given us a clue as to which method or direction any/all share consolidation is heading!) ( Just my own personal opinion!)

Back to the major shareholder UFH Endownment Ltd. for one of my speculative thoughts!

I may be way off in this prediction, but in my opinion, and from the bits and pieces that I have been able to put together via different sources and sites on the internet, etc., my guess is that UFH Endownment Ltd. paid in the range of .06 to .07 cents per share for the 8,876,035 CVIA shares that they purchased! ( At least according to the SEC filing information that is on record!) ( Just my own opinion!).

My closing thought on the topic of any potential/possible CVIA Share consolidation as it relates to any/all CVIA merger activities is this thought : How interested do I think that UFH Endownment Ltd. would be in accessing the possibilities of any CVIA Share consolidation???? I imagine at least as interested as any of the CVIA Shareholders on this CVIA thread????

My guess would also be that UHF Endowment Ltd. would have been in contact with Jack Arnold by now expressing their thoughts on any/all potential CVIA Share Consolidation activities! ( But! Once again! Just my own opinion!)

Thanks! For the informative and timely input ! Milk!!!!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
