OK since it was never addressed I have to ask ...What does PTE have to do with ITM ??? Is it so hard to write a news release that BZI reverted back to the draft of the ITM release and forgot to change this little line...??
Pretty sure Paul does not want anymore ITM shares....right??

Brisio Innovations Announces Investment in Pioneering Technologies Corp. (via Thenewswire.ca) VANCOUVER, BC / TheNewswire / March 30, 2015 - Brisio Innovations (CSE: BZI, OTC: NTCEF) (the "Company") wishes to announce it has completed an investment in Pioneering Technologies Corp. (TSXV:PTE) ("Pioneering"). The Company subscribed for 1,200,000 units of Pioneering (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.125 per Unit, for a total price of $150,000. Each Unit was comprised of one common share of Pioneering (each, an "Pioneering Share") and one-half of one share purchase warrant, *with each warrant entitling the Company to acquire one additional Intema Share at a price of $0.25 per share* until the date that is 18 months after the close of the offering.
