Can someone here explain what if any advantage there is for a consolidation. Is it simply to hope that some naïve dumb bastard sees a higher share price and thinks that there is some added value vs a share price before consolidation? Has there ever been a consolidation that worked or is it always seen as a sign of desperation? I really do not understand this process. If there is a consolidation, do your shares not maintain the same value? Any help to my questions will be appreciated. I am just trying to see where the next kick in the groin will be coming from with this company. Of course, this is all theoretical because Elmer has said that there will be no consolidation.
