Appears that tax loss selling will go right through Wed. in issues like NOVL. I have seen no bounce in any beaten down stocks I follow.

IBD on Friday reported that the Japanese sold $3.63 billion in Treasury notes and bonds in the third quarter. That's vs. buying of $20.23 billion in the 2nd quarter. We have seen an additional $35 billion drawdown in foreign holdings of US debt since Oct.1, per Barrons.

Amazing there has been no effect on interest rates here.
