Don,

You forgot the part about being responsible to your shareholders. As for controlling its bottom and "top line", this company suffers from massive employee/management turnover...I believe this to be an unnecessary, yet huge, expense to both "lines". Not to mention the crippling effect it has on FEET's ability to grow (in a healthy way) into 200, muck less "1000", new markets.
