I agree with what you say. You are one of the more seasoned people around the forums. Everyone takes a few wounds in the learning process. A mistake made by some including Del as he admitted in an inbox was a lack of money management. To many eggs in one basket. and once under water could not face the loss he would have to assume. Instead thinking where he could put the remaining salvageable amount so it would grow again. Even if it grew at 8 or 10% per year, it would have been better than giving up on it.

After years of dabbling I got caught on one for about 5Gs by the infamous Coffintrader. Felt rather stupid. He was wrapped in red flags.

Just received a phone call while writing this. Contract for the power line write of way clearing going north of Stewart toward B/Jack and Sea bridge will get under way after the snow is gone.

This will be great for the development of other claims along the route as they should be able to tie into it if need be. A number of these claims are high very high potential properties with road access already in place.
