There was no success by Obozo....not in Cuba...nor anywhere else for that matter....nothing for them to be happy about. Nothing has changed for the peasants in Cuba. No political dissidents have been released. People are still paid a monthly pittance by the government. Basics like food, coffee, etc are still rationed.....Cuba a country built on the sugar cane industry rations even sugar....
