He would have been. And he was a stronger candidate than has been claimed. But he lost based on decidedly non-presidential parameters. He was out-campaigned; the Obama campaign had a better IT operation (which, notably, they could not put to good use in governing). He was a better liar. And, he had the media taking care of him. None of these are things that translate into a good presidency. But his attack on Trump was off putting and made me think less of him as a person. It is time for us to try something different. You're not going to do worse than Obama, Hillary, or Sanders.
