My point is that what is keeping the price down is the negative climate created by the lawsuit and the well publicised potential overhang that the VCC represents. THEY WANT OUT. They got in 5 years ago to get a tax write-off now they want out, out, out. When they sell, and it is only a matter of time before they do, the lawsuit will go away, the overhang will go away. Then? If the product is as good as Helix thinks it is....
