I agree we need as many successful people as we can produce, but not the subsidy seekers and the crony capitalists of the last 20 years.

We need self made people that know what it's like to work hard to succeed and have come from backgrounds that make them appreciate not everyone in the world was born with the proverbial silver spoon. And people unafraid to speak their minds and who can embrace a better way that they personally have not thought of.

And no hypocrites. Hypocrisy when in a leadership position is unforgivable.
