I can't speak to it definitively, but think about this...

They diluted to fund Carmax. They didn't use Northern Fox to fund it.

Why would they use Desert Fox for VD?

I think they would have used NF if they could as there was big blowback towards ES for diluting after telling shareholders not a chance.

Just another dreamed up scenario by a poster at AG to justify holding longer.

The disappointments will continue, IMHO.

I'm bumping down to 12.5 cents now.
