Correct me if I'm in error here. But the way I see it is,

If your going to raise funds via a PP (Private or Public placement) that is exchanging equity in the company for currency to move forward with. Ask your self. are NF or DF public companies which are traded on an exchange ? If not that would eliminate a Public Placement without turning them into one.

If they are wholly owned subsidiaries of Copper Fox they could sell a percentage share of that company to some one else privately. But who would be willing to buy into a company which was going to transfer the funds to another rather than use those funds to develop the project they bought into. Would you ? So that would eliminate NF How much real value do you place on their AZ claims ?
