The LP unit is only running at 1/3 of its design capacity which might put off some buyers as well. The logic of being forced to run it there completely escapes me. I don't how that benefits anybody in Charleston or anywhere else. I think at least some customers would want to see that machine rack up some hours at full bore before they would want to deal, but I hope they will accept assurance that they will get all retrofitted upgrades if they become necessary. Just my opinion. Charles
