Lawrence, are you forecasting APM losing $7/share during 1998? That is what it will take to exhaust their bank account right now, to go to negaive book value will require another $2/share losses. I think that you are wrong in your assessment. While I am not saying that APM is ripe for buying right now, I do not think they are ready for the heap. Demand for memory product is not dying overnight, and while they screwed up the transition to MR and GMR, they are only about two quarters behind the pack and I think they should be able to recover.

Whe? I know not, I would not be surprised if the stock went to half its current value before visibility of recovery is evident. But they have accumulated a lot of amunition to weather bad times.
