Late breaking news this morning:

Allergan ( AGN) – Shares are under pressure after the U.S. Department of the Treasury announced new rules to curb so-called tax inversions. Allergan’s pending $160 billion merger with Pfizer ( PFE) is threatened.

So my dream of Pfizer aggressively marketing Vitaros is also threatened.

Mind you, I am all in favor of curbing these tax inversions...but still.
