Between this and one other CBS-hosted pool I participated in, 76 completed brackets and not one successfully forecasted Villanova as the champion, which is actually rather amazing for a two-seed, especially given the popularity of a certain other two-seed I may or may not be affiliated with.

I fared rather better in the other pool, incidentally.

I have to admit, the early rough going had sapped my interest so greatly that I had failed to notice that our little group was apparently infiltrated by my one-time bridge partner from Dallas, whom I think I last spoke to about four years ago but apparently still checks in on me from time to time all the same.
