Zacks recommends a "strong sell" as of last week. But understand that their recommendation is based primarily on earnings predictions and not forcast prices. I've noticed that if stocks are at their lows, a Zacks "sell" has little effect on price. In fact, I've seen prices actually go up after earnings are released and investors breathe a sigh of relief. Last year I bought Newbridge Networks at 30 when it was a Zack's "strong sell" and it has doubled. There have been others - like recently Am Pwr Conversion which I bought at 8-something when it was a Zack's "sell" and its up 60+% in a couple of months.

I screened on the whole semi industry a couple of weeks ago and with a few exceptions they are bearish. But thats not surprising since semis are in a down cycle right now hence earnings are flat or lower year-over-year.
