good point MI, they should appoint Denner/rep to the board, I doubt they have the NDA submitted by Sept, more like Nov / Dec, alot of shares outstanding, could see a reverse split, or a sell the company at some point, not sure if Vitaros can grow fast enough to get them enough cash to survive not being sold off, by trimming everything down it certainly puts them in a position to sell the company.
