I doubt they have the NDA submitted by Sept, more like Nov / Dec, alot of shares outstanding, could see a reverse split, or a sell the company at some point, not sure if Vitaros can grow fast enough to get them enough cash to survive not being sold off, by trimming everything down it certainly puts them in a position to sell the company.

I disagree on certain points. They can certainly fumble the NDA submission by Q3 2016. But at the same time they have had the rights back from Allergan for 1 year ( if they submit by September 2016). They are not submitting the Room temperature version - it's the cold temperature version. I believe End of 3Q is very possible!

As far as the Total Shares Outstanding. 60 M - 80 M is not a lot of shares ( as in to be a reason to Reverse Split ). Nexmed had well over 130M when it did it's Reverse Split and even then the reason was the Nasdaq Listing requirements. Which brings me to my next point, if you think they might have to go to the Pink Sheets - in order to save money - why would they even bother to reverse split - if the Nasdaq Listing wouldn't be a priority?

I strongly disagree on that point.

I think it would be in Sarissa's ( and all of the current shareholder's advantage ) best interest to remain on the Nasdaq. I strongly believe we won't have to cross this bridge - and if we do - the Reverse Split option would be on the table around May 2017 ( not much before ).

I would also like to note - AGAIN - the absence of the Out of stock Situation - in today's press release.
It's was there for MONTHS - way before anybody on this Message Board even mentioned it. And now it's gone!
