Thank you MI and Eman for your analyses. I recall thinking that management should have taken these steps before they decided to roll the dice with Fis.

I note that the proposal includes reducing the exec team by 30%. There are five members, so that is reducing by one (20%) or two (40%) if my math holds. I wonder who was responsible for negotiating the return of US rights.

Also proposed is decreasing the size of the seven member board...I would think by two members. If Denner adds a member that might mean a further change of the existing board.

I am trying to shake this feeling of optimism I have and return to my more pessimistic self, but at minimum I certainly agree with MI that the company is worth more than the current share price. The current price reflects the swing of the pendulum and the disappointment of those who bought primarily on the promise of Fis.
