As far as how much would be saved by deciding to list the companies shares on the pink sheets versus remaining on the Nasdaq. I have the Nasdaq's fees at $75,000 - for a company like Apricus. I shared a link to this information below.

they may have to go on the pink sheets to save money as well

Definitely don't see them doing this move - in order to save $75,000. We are not in that type of dire situation here.
