I think this management is a good one, I do not understand this new arrangement at all though? Maybe its a way to keep good people and not lose them to other companies, create higher sounding titles and positions and what they don't get in stock price satisfaction they get in job title? If management was worried about a takeover they would be buying back shares. Either there is no threat, or they aren't going to resist.
