Ali,

I find it strange that no one seems to be concerned about the fact that again today on a significant up-day for the NASDAQ, WCII is heading south. I realize that we are at the end of the year however, the weakness appears to be very real. My personal thoughts are that the private placement and the recent purchase( delay of positive cash flow) are the culprits.
