Finding Justice In The Digital Economy techweb.com This is a really old article on my favorite topic, from when the current case was just breaking open. Just stumbled onto it while looking for more up-to-date info. Make of it what you will, it's in the spirit of more recent articles in the reply chain here. But more than this, the latest action by Justice is an attempt by the department to assert itself and define its role in the new economy, and the economy's digital frontier. At the end of the day, if Microsoft's business practices are stifling innovation, then clearly America, and Microsoft itself, is going to be the big loser. Cheers, Dan.
