Mattie, Thought I'd post the 10-Q. sec.yahoo.com The risks you pointed out are not unusual for companies growing through mergers and acquisitions...lots of debt,etc. The stock deal is not a big thing. Only 1.6% of outstanding shares are involved in these deals. A bigger concern, IMHO, is the book value. That's a lot of goodwill to write down. I have faith, I'll stay long. Regards, Knip
