Sonki:

There is a lot of hype today about this rally. The Naz has more decliners tnan increasers - so to speak. The neckline for the H&S is around 69/70. Should it go through that and stay down below the neckline, TA would argue it is going down further. Even without the TA, if you have been watching this stock for these past months, the "feel" you develop is that it is not well. The last week or so, it has been hovering between 71-75 or so at the close, lower intraday. It is trading below its 40 and 200 day moving averages, which are turning downwards, as is its relative strength. The measures only tell you what you already know...the stock is likely to decline a bit further. However, anything can happen. In any event, I do not see any really sharp decline before the end of the first week in January, perhaps even the second or third week, so you might well consider hanging on to those 18 monthers until then. By then we will all have a better idea of what is likely to happen.

By the bye, I take the measures being taken by the banks towards SE Asia as quite positive and would hope they have an effect in the short term. The problem of course is going to be that the situation in SE Asia will probably have some impact on this and next quarter's earnings.
