Gump; read Jakes post. He asked for comments on "Zen is refining the caustic bake process".

If you change the process on which the PEA is based, the PEA is no longer valid.

Do you dispute that?

How in God's name can a simple statement of fact in reply to a request for comments be considered a "bash"?

I am not a member of Agoracom, but I suspect "Jake" is a poster on SI, so I answered him here.

His question and my answer may be of interest to posters other than those who post on Agoracom exclusively.
