Thanks. I just happened to find this Dkos diary that explains in detail the different constitutional amendments upon which the youth and Dr. Hansen et. al. are basing this lawsuit. I didn't think Hansen would make just a symbolic case but it's great to know that it has real and sound arguments..Great stuff. David v. Goliath(on steroids) incarnate. Fossil fuel will cry: "we're too big to fail."
