I think it would be from intra week high. Suppose market has a high on Monday; then something trips it up and starts sharp decline, we would want to start the cut back as soon as the rules trigger and not wait till end of the week. By then portfolio decline may be much more than intended. Some slippage on sales and sometimes whipsaws will occur; so be it. Welcome back. How have you been, how is family? Best regards.
