Hello! Milk, Do U.S. Citizens still have today Dec.29, 1997, to sell for tax loss? The only reason that I mentioned it is that ( at least to me!) it appears that there are some interesting stock buying opportunities out there! ( At least in my opinion!). CVIA Management Response Time????? I don't know for sure but my guess is that Jack Arnold reviews his e-mail and faxes at various times through out the day! I'm guessing late in the evening, and first thing in the morning! I had a few e-mails that did not appear to get through to Jack Arnold! ( My guess is that it's not that he did not want to respond, but rather it got redirected, didn't arrive, ??????) When I questioned Jack Arnold on this topic! He invited any/all shareholders/interested investors to feel free to send a second copy of an e-mail etc., but he did indicate that he has tried his best to respond to any/all correspondence in a timely and orderly fashion! So! My recommendation would be , if anyone is unhappy at the turn a round time of Jack Arnold's responses! Then let him know! AGAIN! AND AGAIN! AND AGAIN! Until you are satisfied that he has addressed your questions and concerns to the best of his ability! Also! I try to keep in mind that Jack Arnold is somewhat restricted from giving all details regarding the merger! ( Non Disclosure Agreement????) And I also would guess that when he has some more significant information to announce , that he will do it through a company news release rather than share it with any individual shareholder! ( Just my own opinion!). I am very impressed with all the interesting findings that so many CVIA Thread participants have found/searched out and shared on this CVIA Thread! It's quite a "Dynamic!" group! ( In my own opinion!). Best Regards To All, Wayne J.
