what you are trying to do is twist Bob Gruder's actions into

"well, everyone else does it too"

Reg D. shares are registered and can come out of the outstanding.

Reg S. share are not and can not.

The facts are easy to see:

CHASE AND ALYD WERE NOT GETTING ALONG

He paid CHASE $6 million in Reg. S. shares

CHASE started dumping their shares and the stock got slammed!
(remember this is when everyone was "rolling up some more change" to buy cheap shares)

CHASE then signed a deal with ConSyGen and will refer their clients to them.

Chase still has shares in ALYD.

Then your beloved leader did ANOTHER Reg. S offering at $15.00

GREAT JOB GRUDER!!

You keep pointing out that they have 30 contracts and all these big names and a NASDAQ listing etc. etc....

why is the stock price down here.

At least CSGI has an excuse because they haven't announced that many contracts YET

What is ALYD's excuse with all these, supposed, clients and their new shiny NASDAQ listing ?

hmmmmmm...

btw - don't get me wrong I plan to trade the hell out of the options once the news, Runner said ALYD was purposely holding back, starts to come out in Jan. However, plan on a sell-off every time until all these Reg. S. shares are gone.
