I hear their credit was extended but they haven't touched a cent. I think (IMO) , they are possible aquisition...the problem is the possible lawsuits resulting from them doctoring the books and the halt in trading. I bought @ $1 3/8 (I think?)...and sols @ $2 1/8....I think its' a good, but risky investment at the moment and I hope the best for you. RMIL is trying to liberate itself from past managements, etc. Morgan & Breton (IMO) are doing a great job. I hope you apply the same respect towards this co. coming back from a less than forgettable past. Pugs
