I just got off the phone with Dick, and I've learned a few things that I'm able to share.

On or about the 6th of January, look for Global to tell you and the world (Global Newsletter, Newwires, & Website) about the following:

1. Revenue settlements.

2. New shipments of samples (Oro Grande) and product (Slime & Dore') to refiners

2. Present production and plans to increase production.

3. Status of becoming a fully reporting company.

4. Possible acquisition of new property.

5. New offices and personnel additions
