I emailed IR yesterday to try to get updated information about the Sandoz Germany situation. I have not received a response thus far...I'll update if that changes. I also tried to search for any info online that could shed some light to no avail. I did, however, find this interesting article on the EU Public Assessment Report and Scientific Discussion for Vitaros approval in the EU.

On page 6, there is a list of things that were to be monitored post approval, triggered by concern with 3 out of specification batches of Vitaros during early manufacturing. I am guessing that, Sandoz has reacted to a concern with one or more of the items listed..,

If you get bored, there is some very interesting details and facts about Vitaros to be had throughout the 20 some odd pages of narrative in the Public Assessment Report and Scientific Discussion.
