Pugs, I think RMIL and MFN are different animals. MFN was at least a $300 million dollar company. They just had a bad apple (ie crook) who mistated earnings. RMIL/OVIS don't really have a forgettable past, but rather no past and it appears (if the SEC concerns are warranted) that they are still playing games. I do think MFN is a good risk at his level. I feel sorry for the people who bought at 15 or higher. I think I paid 5/8 so I fel pretty good. The class action suits are the one real negative that puts a road block in the way of an acquisition. The talk of a GE acquisition still remain. If GE pays 1 1/4, I'll be happy.
