An element of hype?...Maybe, but it doesn't give you all the formula's variables. Don't you know you're aboard my "three-stage rocket"? The first stage was jettisoned Tuesday when the Fed keeps its monetary policy unchanged; second stage is fueled with all the good earnings news awaiting us in October (IFMX, DCTM, ODIS, e.g.); third stage is your presidential elections in November. December could bring us some concern, maybe another technical correction, prior to '96 annual releases in Jan 1997. Meanwhile don't forget the Nasdaq Comp. Index has still to recover its July losses. A lot of Tech-Small Caps are still flying at their lowest altitudes since then. Gustave.
