Well, assuming it was not a mistake on the part of the MTO, this appears to be a quite serious problem for CXM, and by extension, the majority shareholder CUU.

This would not be the first time someone lost a claim in this way, but if correct, it suggests a very troubling lack of management oversight at CXM.

How can the CUU story get more bizarre than this? If you see smoke enough times, when does it become fire?
