MAZ I don't think anyone glories in CUU being negligent in regard to keeping the claims current. If that is what happened. But rather the excellent move by those who appear to have assumed them by being diligent.

It happens all the time and fortunes can be made by the people who sit at their computers grabbing claims at 1 second after midnight on expiry date.
The molybdenum deposit at Trout lake was scooped up in the same manner years ago. Then sold the same buyer who was dealing on it with the original owner who allowed it to lapse momentarily as the transfer was about to happen.
That is simply business. There is no compassion when it comes to dollars. Nor guilt of conscience. It is simply business, Survival of the fittest, and everyone knows the rules

So I suggest Spec was congratulatory on behalf of the quick thinkers who picked up the claims rather than rejoicing in a mistake which may have been made by CMX.

If the claims were lost by negligence. You'll have to admit that is not really looking after shareholder interests. In my opinion more than a desk clerk should be packing their bags.
