not so sure it will be simple negotiation to get claims back. The new owners have the ball in their court, they can sell to the highest bidder now. with the technology in place nowadays boggles the mind that such a oversight can happen to a corporation of supposed professionals. an oversight is forgetting to program the PVR to record the big game while you're at the pub hoisting a few pints. this is more than just an oversight. allowing somebody to swoop in and legally acquire your companies assets in as little time at it takes to click a mouse. The new claim owners must be grinning like cheshire cats.
