Jimbo: I think the new SEC filing requirements are great. Its about time SEC provided some financial direction on these smaller companies. Filing will stabilize the stock prices, make it easier for companies to get financing, and attract more investors. Personally, I have found trying to divide the truths from the lies about earnings to be the hardest element of BB stocks. I think the costly penalty of being bumped to the pink sheets got the better companies to work on filing. The good companies were just putting off the staff time and cost of filing, the bad companies will be going to the pinks. Jimbo, I will post the stocks I follow as news comes in, IF, you would be kind enough to tell me how to post!(or point me in a direction that explains how) May 1998 be a better year for all. YOYO
