BUT WRATH HAS COME UPON THEM TO THE UTMOST ". Jane, You are being influenced by the powers of darkness in some of your responses such as this one. I believe that you know in your heart the truth on this subject but you are opening your self up to great deception by listening to certain people, namely Alan, who twists and distorts most responses from many brothers and sisters who desire him to be liberated from the bondage he is unaware he is entrapped by. The true Israel of God is the Church, made up of Jew and Gentiles. To say that God has a specific purpose for a piece of real estate on the mediterranean is to totally fail to understand the Old and New Covenant. The Old Covenant can only be interpreted in light of the New Covenant. The Lord Jesus Christ is that " Light " and from Calvary on He rules and reigns His creation forevermore.
