Possible ray of sunshine. MTO, they admin BC tenures, has placed unclaimed carmax ground, peripheral stuff, off limits to staking. This usually happens when they are looking into a "situation". Can't promise it's going to change anything but I'm actually surprised it didn't happen yesterday.
