Bush never said that Iraq had anything to do with 9/11. Clinton's CIA guy assured Bush that the WMD were a "slam dunk".... AND especially all of Iraqs neighbors who were scared to death of Saddam. They swore there were WMD. Any WMDs that were there were quickly transported away to Syria.
