Briga's ALTA 1L trial listed on clinicaltrials.gov... Estimated Primary Completion Date: April 2019 Median PFS for crizotinib in 1L is 10.9 months, median PFS for briga in 2L is 13.4 months. Look to upcoming ASCO for 1L data from alectinib vs. crizotinib (ALEX). Briga's PFS will be determined by blinded IRC, alectinib's by investigator. clinicaltrials.gov
