Do they really think they can jump ship before the NR is released? The board is possibly also liable for negligence, but really - trying to keep the mud off themselves isn't going to work IMHO.

This is a really slimy move, isn't it? Not really surprising though...

I can hardly wait to see this NR and how they try to spin this. The shuffle of the board sure seems to be telegraphing an attempt to come out of this unscathed?
