By reading the rule book and seeing the end result it suggests immediate action investors should take if ever caught in a similar situation again. Any investor should know the basic conditions of operation, surrounding what they are invested in. Discussion is what it is all about. And on this forum no one tells anyone else how they should think or if they should or should not put it in print.
I have been in court many times during 50 years of business. Never did I see a decision made based on compassion that stood. Decisions contrary to what the law states invariably go to higher courts if the offended party has any balls to carry it through.
