What do you mean next time ? Who's been right so far ?

I will continue to trade this stock and post my opinions on the price action, the fundamentals, and support and resistance levels.

ONE PONIT YOU KEEP SKIPPING OVER IS THE FACT THAT Reg S. share are not registered by the company.

That is why you have no idea who owns the 150,000 shares you buddy Bob sold in the last Reg. S and when they will come out. Do you ?

Even if a company does a Reg. D that involves newly issued shares, the shares have to be registered before they are sold. The investors in the company get to see who registered the shares and can judge to see if they may be a seller.

ALYD investors never had a clue when CHASE was going to dump, just like they won't have a clue when those 150,000 are going to come out.

Again, I think that the conversion houses will rule the day once the bulk of the business starts to role in, but for the short term there are to many other issues that will make the stock a good trader.
