Dividends. NIF.UN ( Noranda income fund) Price $3.18 has been paying over 4 cents per unit monthly that is 15.92% That Doubles the investment in 4.5 years, shorter if placed in a div. reinvestment program. Contracted to Glencore till next spring at which time if Glencore does not terminate the contract it will automatically renew for another Five. It is a trust so dividends are determined monthly and announced before the end of each month. So far they have been consistent. Just thought I'd throw this out there for those who like dividends.
