Hi Coopie: What do you think of Zoran under $12?

In general I like what I see but I'm scared by the big guns entering the DVD area. The way I see it DVD will be the next "killing field" Margins are going to get murdered and chip integration levels will shake out the weaker players. I think ZRAN can survive this because of its software approach but I'm very wary about buying too early.
