You're right about that, of course. My point was only that that so many foreign countries are fascinated with the U.S. and our culture that I don't believe Netflix has to focus on getting rights to localized content in the short term. That's especially true if you know anything about the youth culture of wealthier Asian countries like Japan. They can't get enough of all things American.

Netflix has enough worries now with the cost of new content acquisition and obtaining overseas rights to broadcast the shows they already have rights to in the U.S., I don't think they need to worry as much about it right off the bat.

That's just my take, I could certainly be wrong.
